Stanley 24oz Cross-Body Bottle
-
The newest addition to my already large water bottle collection is the Stanley 24oz cross-body water bottle. I pair it with a little Stanley phone and wallet accessory to make it easier than ever to take from work to travel or on a hike, and I get asked all the time about it! Trendy as heck and brand new to the Stanley family.
Stanley 64oz Water Jug
-
The amount of water I drink with this bad boy jug is criminal (or 64oz at a time), and once again, I get some hard looks when yours truly takes it into work or the gym. When I tell you nothing else compares to the ice and cold factor, it’s “110 Hot Yoga and still has ice afterward” approved. yes its excessive; yes, it’s trendy, but so what! it’s worth it, and so are you!
FitGirl Ankle Cuff
-
My absolute GO-TO for leg day. Since most gyms don’t have cuffs or they’re community cuffs, which is a big no-no, I highly recommend getting yourself your own. This soft neoprene cuff is incredibly durable, and I’ve had mine for going on 6 years, and they are still in amazing condition, with just a little flaking from the Faux leather lining.
TATAGO Yoga Towel
-
I personally own two TATAGO brand yoga towels because they stay non-slip in the hottest yoga classes and have a wonderful price point. Make sure to wash it before you use it, as I do with any colored towel, in case it has color bleed to protect my clothes and equipment where necessary.
Gaiam Yoga Blocks
-
A longtime staple in my Yoga kit, I make sure to bring my own blocks as a hygiene habit, and these are soft and forgiving. I love that the corners don’t dig into my already sensitive skin during Yin, but keep my wrists supported without pain. Simple!
Pilates Accessories Mini Kit
-
Mini Mat Pilates set, includes a magic circle, 15-inch ball for killer abs, 2 long resistance bands and a 3-pack of thigh bands for some fun side butt burn. I almost always use a ball and thigh bands in my mat sculpt classes, and now you can take the burn home with you with this fun little kit.
Pilates Grip Socks
-
I see these in my class from time to time, and i’m OBSESSED with the ’ 90s-style scrunch socks that are now in grip sock form. now with any oversized sock you’ll run the risk of slippage if you’re holding a lunge under tension but that varies person to person and size of feet vs sock size, but these are a wonderful 4-pack of 90’s goodness!
Fabric Resistance Bands
-
Fabric bands are my go-to when training private clients, and these are what I carry in my kit. You won’t get any roll-down or snap-back with these thigh bands, and the medium is my everyday band, whereas the heavy is so heavy that I only use it for stabilization work in squats.
adidas Womens Logo Hat
-
The simple and very clean Adidas hat! I have a lot of hats, and this is in my rotation when I need something that works well with others. the fun part is this comes in so many colorways, so if you dont want basic, get creative!
adidas Daily Waist Bag
-
The basic fanny pack, but perfect for your mental health walks. I like it because it’s simple and sleek and has all the compartments, like a hidden zip pocket that sits close to the body for my cash. I despise the over-the-shoulder bags these days, and because of that i own quite a few Fanny packs, but this one I know I can get dirty and it will take it well.
10 Lb Weighted Vest
-
My hot girl walks consist of a good audiobook, water, and the extra hell my fun little weighted vest gives me. Besides getting the extra calorie burn and cardio that comes with it, it’s a welcome addition when all I want to do is take a stroll in the neighborhood on non-gym days.
